The parcels in Turkey can be queried based on various criteria:

• Administrative Query (within the hierarchy of Province, District, Neighborhood, Block, Parcel)
• Address Query (query based on entered address)
• Coordinate Query (query based on entered coordinate values)
• Map Query (query based on selected coordinate on the map)

The queried parcels provide the following attribute information:

• Administrative Information:
  • Province, District, Neighborhood, Block, and Parcel details
  • Area information
  • Sheet information
  • Location information
  • Attribute information
• Geographical Information:
  • Coordinate information

The coordinates and information of the found parcels can be downloaded from the application in PDF, KML, or Geo JSON formats.

The found parcels can be routed using route service providers such as Google Maps, Bing Maps, and Yandex Maps.

• The alignment and verification of land registry and cadaster information are carried out by our institution through the Spatial Real Estate System (MEGSIS).
• This application provides basic information of cadaster data that has been successfully harmonized with land registry data within MEGSIS scope.
• If there is any inconsistency between the displayed records and the information you have, please contact the relevant land registry and/or cadaster office.
• The location information for the property is provided for testing purposes with approximate coordinates.
